I would suggest you do a search on EasySynch Pro in this (and other) forums before committing to it. It has some *very* major issues and shortcomings according to many reports I've read. (Sorry Alan.)

Personally, I've had great success with Pylon Pro, but I'm on the Palm platform and don't know how well it works on Pocket PC.
